Get into an exercise routine. Try using a fitness calendar or fitness journal to keep track of when you exercise, and develop regular workout routines. Developing a system for your exercise is one of the keys to making it a habit.

Dee Phipps, your holistic health coach, has inspired countless people to look beyond the single parts of their lives to focus on their whole life, and how each single part effects that whole. Ms. Phipps believes that health and wellness is about a lifestyle and everyday decisions - insisting on the very best for yourself, rather than settling for anything less.
